“I just wanted to put on record your service on Saturday following a double activation. I was out and called my amazing neighbour for help also and he declared himself to your guys , they went over the wall/fence as instructed ( dogs are always inside) and investigated for us . My neighbour was most  impressed by their intentions to ascertain all was safe – you make me feel better so please thank them and thank you ! “

“I would like to say a big thank you to your security man on patrol last night. I didn’t get his name. He was on patrol and noticed that my driveway gate was not fully closed. I received a call from your control room around mid night and your friendly officer checked around my yard and indicated that it was safe to close the gate fully. This may appear to be a small matter but he had prevented the evil eye from noticing it first, hence me and my family had a safe night. We value individuals like this in our society who keeps us all safe at night.”

We just had a visit from your tech team (Adarry & Seelan). They’re always professional and give great feedback, but their visit today was so efficient I wanted to offer some positive feedback for a job well done.
