At about 1.33 this morning 10th October, our Control Room received an alarm from a client’s premises. The immediately dispatched Armed Response Officers Jack and Thabo. The client was contacted, who advised that he was coming through to the premises. SAPS were also contacted. On arrival at the premises, the Armed Response Officers noticed that the shop lights were on. When the client arrived, they entered the premises and confirmed that the suspects had gained entrance through the roof. SAPS and Armed Response Officer searched the rear of the building and caught the suspect there with the stolen goods. The suspect was placed under arrest and removed by SAPS.
